Floral Baby Shower

Obviously the minute I found out that my sister in law was pregnant, I was already planning the baby shower. All I had to wait for was her nursery theme and then my mind went running. She decided on a blush floral theme which pulled together perfectly for her backyard shower.

The highlight of the shower was definitely the centerpieces. I found some wooden stands from Target and used adorable outfits that I was giving to the new baby to put on them. They were the perfect focal point on the tables, and the guests were raving about them! I got the flowers from Costco and created cute arrangements to place throughout the party. I love getting fun guest towels for the bathroom and had to get these floral napkins to tie into the theme. For the tables, I did paper placemats, topped them with floral plates, and used gold plasticware. These adorable plastic champagne glasses were perfect for mimosas (with strawberry peach puree to add that hint of pink!). Every shower is complete with games. We did Oh Baby True and False and Name that Tune, and had pink golf pencils to mark the results. Finally, I got sprinkle candles from Etsy to give out as prizes. I couldn't have been happier with how everything turned out, and to top things off, my new niece is freaking adorable!!
